About Heaven View
Heaven View is the largest residential project in the Post Falls development pipeline — 209 homes by Promade Homes at Fenicus Ave and Prairie Ave, near the Foxtail community. The project was heard by the Post Falls Planning & Zoning Commission on February 10, 2026, and is structured in two phases: Phase 1 delivers 92 R1 single-family lots (6,500–10,700 sq ft), and Phase 2 brings 117 R2 lots (4,200–10,000 sq ft). Promade Homes is expanding aggressively into North Idaho from its Tri-Cities base and is also building Teton Meadows in Post Falls. Construction on Phase 1 is expected to begin Late Fall 2026, with first occupancy in December 2027.
